Our team is currently looking for a Senior Innovation Manager to add to our Ventura, CA based commercial team. This is an exciting opportunity for a strong project manager with a passion for consumer trends to lead the insights, development and piloting of new products and brands to find the next big thing for naturally curious consumers.

This position requires the employee to work full-time onsite at our Ventura, CA headquarters.

Your Role

  • Manage the cross-functional commercialization process by working closely with Marketing, Sales, and Supply to bring new products to market
  • Drive compliance, procurement and logistics planning to support speed to market
  • Support ideation, insights, and testing to uncover and prioritize new concepts
  • Lead the commercial planning and launch logistics of innovation pilots
  • Develop pilot KPIs to support the selling-story and validation of new products
  • Collaborate with sales teams and work in-market to ensure quality execution
  • Travel requirement: 20-30%

Your Experience

  • Track-record of successfully leading product launches and experience
    with end-to-end beverage innovation across supply and commercial phases
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to be resourceful, work cross-functionally, and stay disciplined to managing a routine while responding quickly to changes
  • Strong project management and analytical skills to drive coordination and adherence to timelines and provide visibility on projects and priorities
  • Ability to run quantitative and qualitative consumer testing – including sensory panels
  • Energized by a faced-paced environment and enjoys constantly challenging and improving processes and analyzing data to define success

Work Environment
